His first rock album is called "The Day Off" and was recorded in only twenty hours with every track being recorded in just one take, no mistakes allowed.  John is the first to admit he is not the best singer in the world, but he can carry a tune OK.  Most of his work is home recorded done in one take.  With his classical compositions he started off with an idea and made it up as he went live.

Richmond belts out a modern but classic blend of acoustic, piano and rawkous rock songs in a distinctive style. Packed with unique and original melodies, thought provoking lyrics and a Lou Reed ish mood this album is one that will stand the test of time and is a must for all modern record collections." -Matchbox Radio 24.

Why not listen to one of my symphonies while reading about Glasgow's history, or listen to my Christian rock album while reading my commentary on the entire Bible, or listen to one of my musicals while reading my poetry or short story collections?
